General Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

1. Entrepreneur: 'Eighteen Inches', established in Kralingen, Rotterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91297109.

2. Customer: the natural person or legal entity who purchases a service or product from the entrepreneur.

3. Agreement: the agreement between the entrepreneur and the customer regarding the delivery of services and/or products.

4. Services: Kundalini Cosmic NRGY, Spinal NRGY, Soul Remembrance Journey and other spiritual guidance or ceremonies offered by the entrepreneur.

 

Article 2 – Applicability

1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, agreements and deliveries by or on behalf of the entrepreneur.

2. Deviation from these conditions is only possible if this has been agreed in writing.

 

Article 3 – Services and Offers

1. The services offered concern energetic and spiritual guidance. The entrepreneur does not offer medical or psychological treatment and does not replace regular medical advice.

2. The entrepreneur reserves the right to change the content of services and will inform the customer about this in a timely manner.

 

Article 4 – Prices and Payments

1. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment must be made prior to the session or trajectory, unless otherwise agreed.

3. In the event of late payment, the entrepreneur reserves the right to suspend the appointment or service.

 

Article 5 – Cancellation and Changes

1. A booked session can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, the full amount will be charged.

2. If the entrepreneur has to cancel a session, a new appointment will be scheduled in consultation with the customer.

 

Article 6 – Liability

1. The entrepreneur is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the services offered.

2. The customer remains responsible for his or her own well-being and choices at all times.

 

Article 7 – Privacy and Data Protection

1. The entrepreneur processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and the applicable legislation (GDPR).

2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the customer's consent, unless required by law.

 

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

1. All materials, texts and methods provided by the entrepreneur remain the property of the entrepreneur and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

 

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes

1. These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

2. Disputes are preferably resolved in consultation. If this does not work, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.
