What is Kundalini NRGY Awakening?
Kundalini NRGY Awakening is an energetic experience that reconnects you with your true essence. It can take you all the way on a deep journey of self-discovery. The more you dare to surrender to everything that wants to present itself, to yourself and your inner truth, the more beautiful and deeper your experiences.
It is an invitation to trust and to surrender completely, because what happens is not from the mind, but a much deeper layer of being. Therefore, nothing can be forced and your energy will flow and energy channels will open in a way that is perfect for your body and soul.
All the emotions, beliefs and traumas that we hold in our bodies just want to move through us and be felt so that we can transform them and draw power from them instead of them holding us back because of the power they have over you. It is a profound transformation that helps us discover our deepest fears and desires.
What is kundalini?
Kundalini is a very powerful, intelligent energy within us. It is active in every person and always flows through the body to a small extent. We often don't notice this because we have many blockages and traumas.
When Kundalini energy is activated, it makes its way through your body and energetic body (chakras), where it removes everything that no longer serves you. Your blockages, limiting beliefs and traumas can be cleared with this.
When Kundalini energy awakens it is often very transformative. An awakened Kundalini can be unimaginably beautiful. It can help you experience higher consciousness, give you access to supernatural abilities, open the heart, raise your vibration, enhance manifesting and increase your creativity. You come back into unity with yourself and you start to remember why you came here.
How does a Kundalini NRGY Awakening session work?
You will be lovingly welcomed and you can take a seat or choose your spot. Then there will be an explanation about Kundalini and what you could experience in a session. The session itself lasts 60 (Kundalini)/90 (Kundalini Cosmic).
You lie on a yoga mat with your eyes closed, to stay in your own process. Loud music is played to take you completely on an inner journey. I work mainly in your energy field and can sometimes touch you on certain chakra and meridian points.
After the session you will have all the time to recover. You will get a cup of tea and something tasty, to ground yourself. You can share your experiences and draw an oracle card, if you want.
By regularly doing a Kundalini NRGY Awakening session, you reconnect with your essence, your soul. You can listen to your intuition again, you become more self-confident, you are in touch with your emotions, your self-healing ability is activated, speaking your truth and so much more, so that you can start living your life.
